Celine Resorts is a peaceful family getaway located in the beautiful Kumrat Valley, Pakistan. With its cozy wooden cottages and stunning natural views ,Celine  offers families a perfect escape into nature with all the comforts of modern living.

INTRODUCTION


We collaborated with Celine Resorts to craft a compelling brand presence and marketing strategy that reflects their unique offerings , Our work included setting up and managing their social media platforms, designing an eye-catching website, planning engaging content to attract valuable followers and potential customers, running targeted social media ad campaigns, improving website visibility through SEO, and setting up their google My business profile to enhance local reach.

Our Goal

  When we first partnered with Celine Resorts, they had no digital presence at all. No website, no social media, no online recognition. The biggest challenge was building everything from scratch—creating a brand identity, launching their online platforms, and developing a marketing strategy that could attract, engage, and convert their ideal audience. Our aim was to make a marketing strategy to  build a strong, cohesive brand image.

1- Setting up Social Media Profiles

We started by creating social media profiles from scratch, including the logo, cover photos, and branded visuals. Then we designed engaging posts and graphics to build a consistent presence. Over time, we attracted real, relevant followers ,  many of whom eventually converted into customers.

2-Website Ranking and maintenance

We provided complete website support to keep everything up and running without issues by regular performance checks and speed optimization , Fixing broken links and technical glitches , updating content and visuals and ensuring mobile responsiveness and smooth user experience

3- Setting up Google Business Profile

  As part of our full-scale digital launch for Celine Resorts, one of the first priorities was establishing a strong local presence through Google My Business (GMB) — a crucial tool for visibility, credibility, and customer interaction.

From May to July 2025, we achieved:

  • 8,518 total views on their Business Profile
  • 62% of traffic from mobile Google Search (5,309 views)
  • 28% from Google Maps (2,360 views)
  •  8% from desktop search (712 views)
  •  324+ customer interactions recorded (reviews, clicks, directions, etc.)

4 -Social Media Compaigns

After setting everything up, we run successful social media campaigns that achieved strong engagement and helped drive valuable customer interest.

What we achieved 
. PKR 140,019  was invested across 12 different ads creatives and objectives.
. The campaign generated a significant 18,406 user actions
. At PKR 7.46, the cost per user action is remarkably efficient 
. The campaign achieved an impressive 3.40% CTR across all ads

5- Crafting a Luxurious Identity for Celine Resorts

We helped Celine Resorts create a strong and elegant brand identity that reflects their luxury retreat in Kumrat Valley. This included designing a refined logo , selecting a natural and premium color palette (Forest Green & Gold), and choosing clean, classic fonts . We also defined clear usage rules, designed business cards, and created a consistent look for both print and digital use—ensuring the brand always feels classy, calm, and connected to nature.

6-Final Results for Celine Resorts

Built their complete online presence from scratch — including social media, a professional website, and Google Business Profile.
Attracted over 8,500+ views on their Google Business Profile within 2 months (May–July 2025), showing increased visibility.

Grew real, organic followers on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, turning many of them into paying customers.
